Dr. Neelam Khan, known as Dr. Neely, is a board-certified dermatologist and the Founder of Neely Dermatology & Aesthetics in Washington, DC. Known for her precision, warmth, and deeply personalized approach to care, she specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology with a focus on delivering natural, elevated results. Whether treating complex skin conditions or performing advanced aesthetic procedures, Dr. Neely brings a refined clinical eye and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Dr. Neely earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, where she was selected as a prestigious Chancellor’s Scholar, before completing a competitive research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to earn both her Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Science (MS) degrees from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by an internship at MedStar Georgetown Washington Hospital Center. She completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn—one of the most diverse and clinically rigorous dermatology programs in the country.

Throughout her career, Dr. Neely has developed a special interest in facial rejuvenation, pigmentary disorders, skin of color, and body contouring, combining an evidence-based approach with an artistic eye. She is known for creating results that are subtle, natural, and tailored—always honoring the individual features and goals of each patient.

Dr. Neely is also a respected leader in both local and national dermatologic communities. She is currently on the Board of the DC Dermatologic Society and Medical Society of DC, and the Past President of the Georgetown Clinical Society. Nationally, she holds active roles in the Women’s Dermatologic Society and the Skin of Color Society, and is a dedicated member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
