We provide virtual aesthetic consultations across all 50 U.S. states and worldwide. Virtual medical consultations are offered in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Tennessee.
What is a Virtual Visit?
A virtual visit (teledermatology) is a live, interactive video appointment with Dr. Neely. Using secure technology, you can share your concerns, receive a professional evaluation, and get a personalized treatment plan, with the flexibility to connect from anywhere.
Please note: Virtual visits are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
How it Works
- Schedule Your Visit – Book online through our Jane platform.
- Complete Consent & Forms – You’ll receive a telehealth consent form and intake forms via Jane. These must be completed before your appointment.
- Prepare for Your Visit – If possible, send photos in advance to info@neelyderm.com.
- Use natural or bright lighting.
- Take multiple photos from different angles.
- Include comparison photos of healthy skin.
- Avoid makeup on the area being photographed.
- Join Your Appointment – You will receive a secure video link by email from Jane. At your scheduled time, click the link to join your appointment.
- Receive Your Treatment Plan – Dr. Neely will take a detailed history, review your concerns, and perform a thorough evaluation. You’ll discuss evidence-based treatment options together. If medications are needed, prescriptions will be sent the same day.
After your visit, you’ll receive:
- Aftercare Instructions: Personalized guidance on treatment, skincare, and any prescribed medications.
- Receipts & Billing: A receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

- HIPAA-Compliant: All virtual visits are conducted through Jane, a secure telehealth platform that protects your privacy.
- Requirements: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a reliable internet connection.
