Before your appointment, you will receive streamlined digital intake forms for completion at your convenience. This ensures your in-office experience is focused entirely on you, your goals, and your concerns.

If you have been a patient of Dr. Neely’s previously or are transitioning to ongoing dermatologic care, please have past records emailed to info@neelyderm.com, so your visit begins with full continuity.

Location & Parking

Neely Dermatology & Aesthetics is located on Georgetown’s iconic M Street, just moments from the Ritz-Carlton and the Fairmont. The walkable neighborhood is known for its boutiques, galleries, and refined charm.

Metered street parking and a garage beneath the building provide easy access.

Our custom-designed 7th-floor flagship suite will open in early 2026, offering an even more elevated patient experience.

How to Prepare

Please arrive without makeup, heavy moisturizers, sunscreen, or nail polish so your skin and nails can be evaluated in their natural state. If you prefer not to remove anything beforehand, our team will prepare the area for you upon arrival, discreetly and comfortably.

You are welcome to bring a list of goals or questions you’d like to discuss.

If any concerns come and go or aren’t visible on the day of your visit, you’re welcome to bring photos so we can understand your journey more fully.

Thoughtful Intake

Your medical assistant will take a detailed, comprehensive history, reviewing medical conditions, medications, skincare products, allergies, prior surgeries, and previous dermatologic treatments, to ensure every detail of your care is fully understood.

Baseline Photography

Elegant baseline photographs will be taken to guide your care and document your progress with clarity.

Thorough Evaluation

Dr. Neely will review your history, explore your concerns in depth, and perform a meticulous examination of the areas involved.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Dr. Neely will walk you through multiple treatment options tailored to your goals. Together, you will design a personalized care plan that may include medications, procedures, lasers, or a customized skincare regimen.

Same-Day Treatments

When possible, we are pleased to accommodate same-day treatments. Availability may vary based on scheduling, but we always strive to honor your preferences.

Following your appointment, you will receive organized aftercare instructions outlining your personalized treatment plan, next steps, and product recommendations.

A digital receipt will also be sent directly to your email for your convenience.
