Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Neely Dermatology & Aesthetics, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide every patient with dedicated, personalized care, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and deposit policy before booking.

Standard Appointments

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your visit. We require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 business hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For appointments booked as part of a prepaid package, a $100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 business hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments.

XERF & Ultherapy Appointments

Due to the extended time reserved for these procedures, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your treatment. We require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 business hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Additional Policy Information

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is applied consistently to all appointments out of respect for the time reserved for each patient. Deposits forfeited due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments will be applied in full toward the applicable cancellation fee.
